PLEASE NOTE OUR RESTAURANT & CELLAR DOOR IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.

Carrick restaurant is open daily from 12pm – 3pm, with a snack menu available from 3-4pm.

Work-life balance is important to us at Carrick, therefore we will be closed on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Christmas and Boxing Day.
Our annual Winter Closing will be from the 18th of May to the 25th of June.

Authentic Dining Experience

Our restaurant menu is designed to showcase seasonal local produce and the best game, seafood, summer fruit, and organic vegetables on our doorstep in the southern-most winegrowing region in the world. 
Here at Carrick, we are looking at ways to grow our own and source locally where possible. We have planted a kitchen garden in the vines, adjacent to the restaurant which yields delicious herbs, veggies and edible flowers all year around. We also make olive oil, from our organically grown olive trees and in the vineyard we have a brood of hens who happily roam amongst the vines and provide eggs for the kitchen. 
Gwen, our chef, who has been with us for over 8 years, uses these ingredients to create simple, yet delicious food. Best enjoyed with Carrick wines, overlooking the Bannockburn Inlet.
