Authentic Dining Experience
Our restaurant menu is designed to showcase seasonal local produce and the best game, seafood, summer fruit, and organic vegetables on our doorstep in the southern-most winegrowing region in the world.
Here at Carrick, we have a summer vegetable garden in the vines adjacent to the restaurant which yields delicious borlotti beans, mange tout, zucchini flowers, and exquisite new potatoes. Not to forget our delightful (free range) hens who live at the fringe of the vineyard, happily providing eggs to the kitchen.
Gwen, our chef, uses these ingredients to make simple and delicious food, best enjoyed with Carrick wines, overlooking the Bannockburn Inlet.
