The Carrick restaurant and surrounding estate is the perfect venue to stage your corporate function or event.
Our restaurant is beautifully designed with high ceilings, creating a grand space with sliding glass doors that open out on to a terrace. Glass panels in the floor offer a peek into the barrel cellar below. Outside, the "Carrick Garden" overlooks the stunning Bannockburn Inlet and Carrick mountain range, the perfect location for a wine tasting, more informal event, or lunch.
