Changes to Bookings - We kindly ask that you notify us of any change in guest numbers as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals - We can only hold your booking reservation for 15 minutes, please call us if you are running late and we will do what we can to hold your booking.
Credit Card Policy - Please note, we will require a debit or credit card number to secure your reservation. You must provide valid debit or credit card information which we will store securely according to PCI guidelines and in the case of the cancellation policy terms not being met, we may charge to your card the late cancellation fee of $20 per booked guest. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is broken.
Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to honour your reservation, we request you cancel your booking 24 hours in advance of the booked date. You can cancel your reservation by calling us directly. Failure to do so, no show up for your reservation or decrease in guest numbers (less than 24 hours prior visit), may result in the agreed fee being debited from the credit card you provided in the booking process. For group bookings of 9 or more guests, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for cancellation.
