Derived from a small 0.4ha plot on Carrick’s lower Cairnmuir terrace in Bannockburn, the 2018 Pinot Blanc is the inaugural release of this wine. Predominantly from Germany and France, Pinot Blanc is the cousin of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir and is an exciting new addition to the Carrick range.

Dry in style, with honeyed almond, yellow plum and lemon zest notes, this wine is fermented with wild yeast and aged entirely in mature French oak barrels to compliment the textural nature of the wine.
