The Carrick Pinot Blanc is made from estate grown, BioGro certified organic grapes grown in a small 0.4 ha block on Carrick’s lower Cairnmuir Terrace Vineyard in Bannockburn. The 2019 represents our second release of this wine. Predominantly from Germany and France, Pinot Blanc is the cousin of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir and is an exciting recent addition to the Carrick range.

The 2019 Pinot Blanc showcases green plum and toast aromas. It is zippy and tight with good acid, nice balance and depth.
