Unfined, unfiltered, organic, wild ferment, preservative free, goodness in a bottle. The Pot de Fleur is an exploration of using whole clusters in the ferment. Hand-picked from our Cairnmuir Vineyard, this Pinot Noir is aged for 11 months in old oak barrels and is bottled on site by hand.

Biodynamic principles, practiced from 2011.
