Carrick Winery Restaurant is a lunch time restaurant respected for its innovative cuisine, friendly service and great wines. We are in search of a Restaurant Manager to run day to day operations of our restaurant.

Our ideal candidate will appreciate it takes teamwork for the restaurant to run effectively. Their duties will include but are not limited to: staffing, liaising with the chef to ensure smooth delivery of service, carrying out agreed marketing, taking responsibility for compliance matters, monitoring of finances to work within budgets and scheduling of cleaning and maintenance.
